“The tongue has no bones, but is strong enough to break a heart. So be careful with your words.”

Too often our society has used words to hurt rather than embrace each other. We attend to hurt the ones we love more often than the ones we know. Why is that?  Is it because we know what buttons to push when we are upset in the heat of the moment? The tongue is the strongest weapon to really wound a person. But if we use our words for the good, things would get better. We need to start to encourage each other instead of breaking each other down. So the next time you start to say something negative, thinking about the consequences it might hold. Think before you talk.

Until next time,
